What happens if I have credits leftover for my payment period?
Your credits will rollover to the next month. However, you can only rollover up to 1 additional month's worth of credits each month.
What if I top up my credit balance and have more than 1 months' worth of credits right before my billing period ends?
Unfortunately this means you will lose any credits that exceed 1 months' worth of credits when the new billing period applies your new credits. We recommend topping up your credits only when you need them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by clicking 'Manage Current Plan' on the accounts table.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each summarization incurs a cost to transcribe and summarize we do not. However if something unusual happened, please reach out to support@scribbler.so.
